Our Delivery Service

Once you have placed an order for our reserve and pay-in-store service you will also be given the option of our complimentary local delivery service. Simply call into your nearest store with your payment and we can then deliver your goods to your home,  free of charge ( for selected products). We can offer either a morning or afternoon delivery time, Monday to Saturday. 

Set up and Connection

Depending on the product purchased, you may also wish to invest in our set up and connection service to ensure you get the best out of your new purchase from the moment you start to use it. Please discuss this with your local store manager when you pay for your item.

We are particularly proud of our team of engineers who will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you are completely satisfied with the set up and connection of the product.  They are happy to conduct a full demonstration in your own home so you are confident in using your new purchase once they have left. Our engineers can also advise on the location of speakers, wires etc and the appropriate accessories and leads needed to enhance the sound and/or picture quality of your system. We can also arrange any installation work needed at an extra charge, e.g. Hanging wall brackets, fitting double electrical sockets or new aerial points.

Disposal

We can often remove and dispose of your old item for free too. Please remember though that .....

• Gas appliances may only be disconnected by a registered GasSafe engineer,
• Fridges and freezers must be emptied of contents.
