About Us

digital_aerialaboutus3Princes Electrical are proud to celebrate 30 years trading this year.

In a recent interview for the Whitchurch Herald, founder Dennis Prince said: "Thanks to a dedicated team of staff and an extremely loyal customer base, we have been able to grow into the 'one stop shop' for electrical services that we are today".

Dennis went on to say: "We provide domestic and commercial customers with professional electrical services, incorporating retail and installation, aerial and satellite, and electrical contracting services.

I am proud to say that whether you are a home owner, landlord, tenant, commercial business, school or property manager, then Princes have the resources and technical ability to meet your requirements, backed up by reliable after-sales and customer care services."

Dennis concluded: "As a community-based company, with an established reputation throughout North Shropshire and surrounding areas, we have developed close links with local schools, community groups and charitable organisations across Shropshire. This year's nominated charity is Severn Hospice, and I am delighted to be supporting such a worthy cause with several events planned for later this year and next. I re-visited the hospice recently and feel the work they do with both patients and families is quite simply remarkable".

National and Local Recognition

Princes' Electrical Contracting team is delighted to have been awarded the nationally recognised Chas accreditation (Construction Health and Safety scheme).

Director Simon Lewis said: "Chas is not awarded lightly, but because we have our health and safety policies and procedures established, and subject to regular review, we have been successful. We are delighted as this is a truly independent testimony to our ability to deliver electrical services in an expert and safe manner, and further enhances our long established  technical recognition gained through NICEIC registration".

Director Matt Smith stated: "We merged our electrical contracting company with Princes just over 12 months ago, and are delighted with the progress made in a relatively short space of time. We are well placed to provide domestic and commercial clients throughout North Shropshire with comprehensive electrical installation, testing and inspection services, and anticipate further growth in the short to medium term".
